Compare the complete package—not only headline salary.

JAN–FEB 2027MAJOR FAIR WINDOW

Interview and compare

Expect overlapping interviews and short decision windows.
Keep a written comparison of role, package and unresolved questions.
Ask who sponsors the visa and who owns each relocation step.
Do not resign or make irreversible plans before material conditions are clear.

MAR–APR 2027LATER CYCLE

Use the later market carefully

Continue checking official school channels and late recruitment events.
Ask why the role is open and what the handover looks like.
Treat urgency as a reason for clearer due diligence—not less.
Confirm the proposed start date against visa and document lead times.

MAY–AUG 2027PRE-DEPARTURE

Convert an offer into a workable move

Obtain the final signed contract and retain a complete copy.
Confirm visa, housing, flights, insurance and arrival support in writing.
Prepare authenticated documents only against a verified requirement.
Plan first-month cash, temporary accommodation and family logistics.
